Highest Hp S362 Builds???
Hey guys I've been seaching for a while now and have seen some good hp numbers out of the S362... I know it's rated for up to 680hp but I just want to hear from people who have the turbo and what the highest hp is. I would love to see dyno charts if anyone wants to share.
I am nearing the end of my Prelude (BB6) build and have this turbo. It's been almost 8 months now that I have been waiting for the car to be finished and I'm just getting excited to drive the damn thing. I should have it soon...
I'll be getting a c16 race tune on it and hope to get 620+whp out of it... Jeff Evans will be tuning it.

Re: Highest Hp S362 Builds???
I have an S362 T3 .83 hot side and made ~435whp@18psi but I have some wastegate issues to iron out, I think that turbo is capable of it, but even with a ported and polished head the turbo isn't fully spooled till 5500rpm give or take. What manifold are you using, or planning on? I'm using a SFP mani so that probably hurts a little.

Shodan do you have any numbers to share with us... I know you deal with this turbo a lot. What's the highest hp you've seen this turbo produce? If you have any dyno plots it would be greatly appreciated.

Re: Highest Hp S362 Builds???
Most of the honda applications I've used with this turbo used the S200 cover to compete against the GT35R in a .70A/R t3 turbine housing. Those same individuals didn't want to max out the turbo, so the results were never focused on "how far it could go". If it made 600whp, generally, they stopped and were happy with the response (as far as one could expect out of a 2.0 litre 70lbs/min setup) moreso than any peak hp.

Re: Highest Hp S362 Builds???
Why wouldn't it?
The S262 has a more compact cover than the 362, it has a slightly longer inlet than the stnadard S cover, but isn't really any larger in diameter from what I remember. Here's a shot of the 262 cover next to one of our other Bullseye covers from our Spec turbo, which is only a hair larger than an E cover.
FWIW, my S262 setup
I've had alot of customer feedback, all have really enjoyed the .70 A/R 362
