Static compression depends on a lot of things. Cold vs Warm. Size of Cams. Cam timing. Bore size. Ect. I dont have a lot of experience with H22s, but those are some ideas to think about.

Right, and if I had read the title and not just the thread, I would have realized that
OP, 150 is still low. 180-200 would be more acceptable. Did you do this test WOT on a warm engine? Did you follow up with a wet test?
