Re: gt42 fit on OBX topmount? (Mr Wonderfull)
My question is why would you spend that much money on a turbo then mate it with a $350 manifold? It will crack just due to the weight of the turbo alone.

Damn, somebody leaked! Ok, no more bs, i've been using this manifold for a while now. In dyno testing we picked up 600rpms spool and 64whp over the FR divided top mount. Not bad for sub $200 (when you buy 3 or more at a time they're half price!)

on a completely unrealted note, i was at a toyota dealership today and was looking throught the scion optional equipment pamphlets and OBX makes 85% of scions little upgrades they offer for the cars.
makes me wonder if they have 2 quality control sections. 1 is for ebay and 1 is for scion

Re: (CoreyR)
have you seen the parts/ wiring harness on scions? they look like something obx made. I installed an alarm on an XB once and the under dash harness reminded me of the wiring you would find on the little scooters you can buy at the local auto part stores.

Are you serious? The wiring is all taped up and out of the way. I'm a Toyota tech and there is nothing wrong with the wiring. I don't know what your talking about. Installed plenty of accessories on Xb's and Tc's.

yeah there is nothing wrong with their wiring. I'm toyota tech too. The only good thing about scions is just the drivetrain. Their interior and other stuff (like sunroofs and so on) are made really cheap. Really easy to work on too. I can't mention how many times I had to fix something wrong with interior in those things. Sunroofs are always messed up on TCs, good thing they only take like 2 hours to replace. I love doing warranty/recalls on those things, pay good and are pretty easy. But yea all the ricer BS like pedals, shifters and other BS is made by OBX and it is really shitty.
