Default GReddy 15g downpipe bolts

I have a SOHC kit from greddy the infamously small 15g. It just happens to be missing a stud to attache my downpipe.

I need to find something to replace this. What type of bolt material should I use being this is part of the exhaust system I don't want it to corrode so I can't remove it later.

I contacted Greddy but got no reply. (maybe its something with their bankruptcy I was hearing about?)

here is a picture. I assume the nuts should be made of the same material the studs are.?

is that the cast piece off the turbo? if so, i recommend going to fab shop and getting them to make a custom 3" downpipe as the flange on the cast elbow. I got about 25 HP more just by doing that. those cast elbows and the 2.25inch downpipe's suck.

i have heard the elbows are the bottle neck, but I have upgraded to a kteller 2.5 downpipe.

maybe I'll price out the custom downpipe. do you have pics of yours?

no, i don't sorry. my car is virtually in pieces. hoping to atleast have the motor back in the car by the end of december. it's really simple to make though. just use the flange on the elbow as an example and get a piece of 2.5" pipe or 3" pipe welded onto it on a 90 degree angle point downwards. i got mine made up for only 50 bucks at a fab shop. for 50 bucks i gained 20 hp, i'd say that's a good deal. also, yes the greddy cast elbow and downpipe suck.

What type of exhauat side flange does the 15g if I was going to go the way of the new downpipe I would want to order a flange to weld the pipe to. Is it the normal 5 bolt housing?

i have no idea as to what the flange is. i just took my elbow to my fab show, told them i showed them i need a piece of 3" welded onto a flange exactly like that and it has to be point down. they made a flange and put a piece of pipe on and done.
