Default GM 3 Bar plug to Stock Map sensor

I am doing a rebuild right now and want to use the stock map sensor plug to be used w/ the Hondata 4 bar map sensor. I have the pig tail but do not have the original stock map sensor plug. Is there a way for me to go back to the stock map sensor and wire it back up besides cutting one from another harness? Thanks.

It's rather simple. Take the pigtail for the 3bar and use it to make an adapter harness. The hard part is making the oem side. You'll need a spare oem map you can hack up to get the male part of the plug. Just cut the plug side of the map sensor off a little ways after the plug on the sensor stops, that way you have enough material to work with... you'll need to open the sensor up and remove the leads from the plug off the sensor, making sure you have enough length left to solder the wires from the gm pigtail to each wire.. then use a few layers of heat shrink to strengthen each connection joint so they don't break and there's your adapter harness

Of course you could always put a quick disconnect on your stock wiring harness so all you have to do is unplug the stock connector from the engine harness and plug in the 3bar harness. This method is far lesstedious than the first and requires very little time compared to making an adapter/jumper harness
