Default Fuel line: -6 or -8?

Any reason why I should run -8 fuel lines over -6 when replacing my fuel line and return line? Scenario will be <=8psi for a while, then >12psi after a rebuild down the road. Am I going to *need* to run larger fuel lines after boosting higher? I'm currently piecing together the Earls fittings I'm gonna need and thought I'd ask this before I bought all -6 stuff TIA.

if you plan on going past 330whp, then upgrading of the lines is recommended. If you plan on going past 400whp, moving up to -8 feed -6 returns are recommended.
