Default do i need and oil restrictor
I have a holset hx35 turbo and wanted to know if i need an oil restrictor, and what size.

holset and borg can handle hondas high oil pressure, precision and garrett sometimes need them depending on pressures.

no, you don't need a restrictor, just make sure you have an adequete return line

Return line an12 (~15mm) will work ok (Holset hx35)??
