Default Can I get 500hp reliably on an LS build?

Hello all.... I'm writing this thread because I have done some of my homework already and i would just like some opinions (hopefully in the positive direction) on my prospective build. I'm looking to make +500WHP on a weekend daily with my DC using an LS motor. I already have my head now I'm looking into the rest of the system, IE: block, fuel system, turbo setup, EMS... Many of you will be asking why is he using a B18a insted of the stock b18c. Well I got F"cked when I bought the car so I'm determined to build the motor thats in it!!

Head - B18B
KMS Ulitimate Valve train package [daul springs (85psi seat pressure good to 11g), titatanium retainers, bla, bla, bla]
5 angle valve job
PnP
Crower 402T Cams
Blox Intake Mani
Blox 76mm TB
Cometic HG
ARP Head studs

Block - B18A
GE Sleeved 84mm <== is this to aggressive for high boost/high HP?
Arias 84mm Pistons
GE H-beam rods
LS Crank
GE Block girdle
ARP main studs

Turbo setup- Need help here from you turbo Guru guys. I havent researched as much as I should on this subject but I figured I would go ahead and ask for advice anyway.
FMIC (of course)
Custom welded hard pipe (80mm)

Fuel pump - walbro 255 (i've seen a lot of people use the aeromotive fuel pumps which are frame mounted. I wonder if this is less reliable than the saturated pumps like walbro?) Does anyone make a dual fuel pump setup?
Try to retrieve battary voltage at pump by lowering electrical system resistence.
GE Fuel Rail
1000cc RC injectors
Aeromotive FPR

SC300 EMS with a reputable tuner and a dyno on the east coast??

Please let me know if you think my goal of 500hp is far out of reach for this LS build, and if so what should I change?

i would go with 403 cams instead of the 402t's

sc61 or gt35r if you can afford it and you should be good

for the 1000cc injectors go with injector dynamics

a nice ramhorn and 3" downpipe and exhaust

I would go with 404'z.

A guy i know made over 600whp on an LS 2.0L build with a gt35r and 404 cams and its the highest that i know of. 630whp at less than 28 psi. it had a BAD *** HEAD THOUGH from DFE.

With the right turbo selection, you should be able to easily hit your goal. Another thing that would help, although you may not want to hear it, is a VTEC head. With the right cams, they're capable (with stock ports and valves) to make well into the 700whp range. It may be something to consider...at least for the future. You may consider starting another thread in order to pick out a turbo. Remember to include your power goals and setup AS WELL AS the fuel you plan to use.

It all in the head work. Dont just throw in cams hoping for the sky when you head ports are chocking you. Or just go get try to find yourself a p8r head

84mm, there's no replacement for displacement. But remember, the bigger your pistons are, the more risk you have when revving higher, and you'll have to be more careful with piston-to-wall clearances.

as for dual fuel pump questions, yes, you could run the walboro 255 intank pump and an aeromotive inline pump . That way you have less strain on either pump in full load.
