C-16 vs. VP Import Fuel???
I just wanted to see if anyone has any personal experience using these different fuels. We are currently making pretty good power with the C-16. Just wondering what differences we should be expecting with the new VP Import fuel? How much retuning will we need to be doing, etc. This is going into 700whp EVO.
Any info, personal experiences or knowledge would be greatly appreciated.
I am sure we could get away with a little more timing as well.

Re: C-16 vs. VP Import Fuel??? (Desir Performance)
From what i have seen VP import will yield roughly 4% more power over the c16. I have tried it in a couple different applications that have all yeilded the simlilar results. The problem with import is that it is very expensive, i have been using the q16 for almost 2 years here now and have seen the same results vs the c16 and havent seen any loss or gain vs the import.

Re: C-16 vs. VP Import Fuel??? (RnR EVO 8)
VP import is GREAT stuff. its meant for turbocharged vehicles and is 120+ octane. for a turbo application/race car its the best stuff you can run right now. however, it is very pricy !
