Brisk Racing Turbo Spark Plugs
I got these in today, JDogg told me about them, pretty cool plug design. I'm hoping my car won't eat these like it does Iridium plugs and that the side electrodes will transfer heat better and reduce detonation.
Here's the Web site:
http://www.briskusa.com/index.htm
And here's the plugs:
I ordered them from these guys, $20/ea, and no problems with the order:
http://www.rushmotorsport.com/
I'll swap them out with some Iridiums at the dyno in a couple of weeks and see if they make any difference.
P.S. - I have to use plugs with screw-off tops because of my COP setup, so my choices are limited.

The instructions say to use a hammer and an anvil
J/K, I was just going to leave them as-is, but I'll shoot an e-mail to Brisk tech support to see if I should do anything about the gap, although I don't see how I would change it either.

Re: Brisk Racing Turbo Spark Plugs (96 GSR-T)
Those look pretty sweet.
I'm interested in hearing if you gain any performance from them. You would think it would promote a more complete burn because of the dual ground straps.
Make sure to post up your results!!

Re: Brisk Racing Turbo Spark Plugs (96 GSR-T)
Because of the screw-top requirement I have because of my COP coils, I've been using $60/set Iridium plugs anyway, and my ignition eats those every month or two, so if the $80/set plugs last for six months I'll be way ahead. Plus I'm interested in seeing if they let me run more timing. I'm running 10 PSI on a 12:1 CR motor now and it is definitely knock-limited on pump gas.
