Default Borg Warner S372 @ 27 psi??

Just dyno tuned my car last night and was wondering what could be wrong? The numbers are pretty low for the setup and im just trying to figure out the bugs.

Setup:
b18c1 std bore RS sleeved
CP 9.8:1 pistons
Eagle Rods
BC Ti retainers/dual valve springs
GSR cams
S372 std cover
PTE 46mm WG
Ram horn
4inch DP
3inch IC piping
31x11x4 IC

Fuel:
-8 feed
-6 return
Aeromotive AFPR
Dual walbro Full Blown kit
Bosch 1600's

Ignition:

MSD 6al
cap
SS blaster coil
NGK #8

Car dynoed at 552whp @ 27 psi and 318 tq.

These numbers seems really low to me any ideas, im going to check for boost leaks and WG leaks. Any other guys with S372 I would love to hear inputs and results.

That sounds like a similar problem I had I made 587whp 411trq on a 6765 at 28psi. Turned out to be 12 boost leaks

Man that is pretty similiar. Have you retuned/dynoed after resolving the boost leak issues. I just want to compare the differences?

Can you post the dyno graph and boost log?

Why GSR cams?

I haven't taken it back to the dyno. But a very similar setup as mine, same turbo and bore/ stroke at 27psi made 800+

Boost leak can play a major factor in this, Had a buddy run a very similar setup to yours aside from (84mm) 9:1 Pistons and PTE6765.He Had a small boost leak around a coupler, fixed it and went to retune and gain 7-8 Whp. His setup makes around 670whp @ 20psi (still got acouple of bugs to work out). Also on a Gsr Cam

Check for massive leaks..... Then when you finish that, re-check again.

When you say "align" you mean suspension alignment right?

Very laggy. You dont make your peak torque until 8k.
Keep in mind these are uncorrected numbers.

Really wanted to go with Pro 1's but funds drained so had to settle with what I had available for now.

It's laggy for a few reasons....

Small bore, I'm assuming GSR stroke, GSR cams, prob no head work....
It all adds up. Sounds like a possible boost leak issue too.

Who's tuning this and on what EMS?

JDM INC, I made 930 at 36ish. Sounds like you had issues too. lol

Update! I finally had a chance to dig a little deeper and did a boost leak test. Found out the Tial Bov gasket tore and was completely gone, so pretty much metal on metal with the flange. Second was the throttle body had a minor leak as well. All in all, the majority of the boost was blown out of the BOV flange and never made it to the TB. I am pretty sure this had a major affect on HP and TQ numbers, how much? I dont know...if anybody has a clue throw out some values. I will have to redyno again...that means more $$$$

Nice setup...pretty similar. I have more hopes now in the s372. How "laggy" was it for your setup...what rpm for peak boost, and tq?
