Default Blue Smoke When In Boost

Hey guys i just recently bought a turbo from miketurbo inc. my car smokes going into boost and on deceleration.. i just changed the valve seals thinking that maybe that was the problem but it still smokes... i did a compression test & the results were:
#1{200}
#2{200}
#3{200}
#4{200}

i have a top mount manifold i don't know actually where you guys weld your -10 bung on the oil pan but mine is in the center as high as it can go.. {idk maybe the bung location isn't allowing the oil to drain back fast enough}

if anyone can share some advice i'd really appreciate it!!!

Your return line seems like its in a good spot. What turbo are you running? Did you run a restrictor on the oil feed line to the turbo? Is the turbo new, if not it could be the seals.

Heres a tip: Blue smoke is oil that is mixed with fuel then fired, thats what makes it turn blue. White smoke, on a turbo car, is USUALLY the turbo seals pushing small drops of oil right into a hot downpipe. White smoke can also be water burnt. Grey and black smoke is too much fuel.

I have blown turbo seals and the smoke is white. So did my friends turbo Integra. I rebuilt his turbo and the smoke went away. Mine is next. Blue smoke is usually engine problems.
