Well not to make anything off topic. But what about the hoosiers. There dot drag radial. Specifically the the ones for 16in wheels.

Still trying to decide on M/T drag radial, or M&H dot street. I havent talked to anyone who has run both, and I'm hearing mixed things on both tires...help

From what a few people have said, the M&H will outlast the M/T. and everyone is loving the traction with the M&H... i think i'm going to go M&H. Nobody has data to prove which is better (AFAIK), but i think the opinion (biased) on h-t is the M&H wins.
...this is all info based just on other treads. I'd also love to hear from anyone that has run both! And what about the Hoosiers, like duckman said.
Also, why does M&H use bias ply tires? It seems like if these were better, every other company would use them for their street/strip tires.

MT does make a bias ply, their radial just hooks up better and lasts longer.

Re: (WVTURBOCRX)
this comparison seems biased to me you want to compare a drag radial to a bias ply "cheater slick" The M&H is bad ***.....of course its basically a slick with two grooves isnt it??
the drag radial should be more stable for daily driving, turning etc.
i guess i depends on what you want the tire to do, some turning or just straight line hook.
just my opinion.....but how good is the M&H for street like turning etc?

Re: BFG Drag Radials vs M&H Street Strip DOTs
Holy old thread lol, I went with the M&H street and strip 235/60-15 on my crx. They're amazing. They were holding almost 400 hp in 2nd gear a couple weeks ago when it was about 40 degrees out. need to adjust the camber so more tire is making contact with the road solved my traction issues
