Default Best Valvetrain for turbo/NA GSR??

I think that i just bent a valve... What would be the best valvetrain for a turbo GSR. The car is not turbo yet but soon to be. What about the best valvetrain for a naturally aspirated GSR?? Which brand is the best?? Thanks in advance.

This was an odd question...Mcdonalds...

I'm guessing that either you saw a guy there that was pissed about a broken valve..

Or: you are implying that what he wants is expensive as hell because for all i know, someone may have won one of those stupid millionaire games at that McDonald's..their way for saying, "sorry, the last game was rigged...don't sue."

Am I right...is it one of those?

Oh..and I also want to know the answer to his actual valve-train question as well..I guess there is no real answer, just opinions, experiences, and conclusions & delusions...

I'm going with Crower stuff on my turbo GSR motor build up. Used their titanium retainers, stainless steel valves, and good valve springs. gonna use itr cams.

I would say use stock Type R intake valves and aftermarket stainless steel exhaust valves. The R valves flow better than most aftermarket valves, and the stainless exhaust valves will be better suited to turbo "abuse". You can use the Type R valve springs too... get the intakes shimmed depending on how much boost you want to run. Stock valve springs at the stock installed height will allow the valves to lift off their seats once you hit around 12 psi of boost (give or take).
