Benefits of a MAF sensor
I was thinking if their is a way to add a MAF signal to the s300 and if their would be any benefits. I know on cars with MAF sensors they can get tunes based on injector size. Would this be the case with a honda if it had a MAF signal

Re: Benefits of a MAF sensor
MAFs are restrictive... We converted a 350hp mild sr20 over the speed density (MAP) and gained almost 50hp...
The only benefit to a MAF based setup is after they are tuned they can correct for small changes.. like upping boost pressure slightly, bigger exhaust, intake manifold, throttle body, etc.
No Honda ecu based tuning method supports MAF sensors. The ecu doesn't have the proper components to interpret the signal from a MAF, regardless of software.
