Default B17A1

Hi, I just bought a 1992 Acura GS-R with a B17A1 and was wondering if it were possible to put on a turbo and not have to remove my A/C or Power Steering? If it helps you out, my battery has been moved to the hatch.

If I had to do away with the power steering that would be ok. But id really like to keep my A/C if I can.

Sorry if this has been covered, but I cant seem to find much info on the B17 as far as keeping A/C with turbo.

And, if i were wanting to get about 350 HP what all should i do to the stock motor? I have ideas but id like to get some more advice.

Thanks a lot.

its almost impossible to boost a 2nd generation integra and keep ac and power steering. The engine bays are so small in those cars

It is pretty hard to keep AC for 2nd gens. Power steering you can keep.

I also have a 92 Integra GSR that is boosted. Made just about 340whp on STOCK block.b17a1's blocks are good, but finding aftermarket rods are hard to find. They do make Crowler for them though.

Either way, just boost the stock block, and when it comes down to making some serious power, pick up a b18c1 block.
