b16a2 turbo build
HI. i have a 00 ek with a b16a2 all stock and just wondring what would i have to do to get a at least 350-400whp and im a heavy set guy so need help wanna go boost but nothing to crazy cause it well be my daily.

If it were me, If its all stock, I would leave it alone.. these cars might become a collectors item as they are rare in stock trim. Too many Si's have been molested over the years. Just like the old muscle cars, no one thought they would be worth big bucks back then..
Use your turbo cash to buy a different civic to boost is my opinion.

That kind of power won't be made on a stock motor... and it'll be hard to reliably make much over 400-430ish on straight 93 out of a 1.6l.. not enough displacement for the chemical limits of 93 octane. It would be easily doable on e85 though.

And have you ever driven a turbo fwd car at all or any fwd car that makes over 200hp?
Even 250 feels fast on the street. At about 350 and above you start running into serious traction issues... Too much torque for narrow shitty tires.

Although the whole bone stock and want 350-400hp out of a daily but don't want it to be "crazy" made me literally lol pretty hard.
