Hey guys, I'm starting to collect stuff for my first paint job on my EF and after much research I came up with a question. I want to use epoxy primer and the stuff that I'm looking at can also be used as a sealer. I'm woundering if you can just lay the sealer down over the old scuffed paint or does there need to be a couple coats of primer underneith it first?

Here's the stuff, it's at the top of the list.

Hey friends,
I have a 93 civic hatch that I bought with a custom paint job on it. The previous owner had it sprayed at Maaco, and she did not recall where exactly she chose this color from, IE: the paint code of the color. I've been to parts stores trying to find a close match but after all my work I don't want to half-ass the final step. Luckily she gave me a small can of the paint that maaco gave her which is not dried up, yet, does ANYONE know where I can get the small sample matched into a quart so I can spray my repair areas?

If ANYONE can tell me a place that can duplicate a custom paint, either from seeing the car or from that small sample of it that I have I will personally wash two of your cars and will do so at your home or location within a 25 mile radius of Philadelphia, PA. Willing to do so at my home too

Alright, so I got into a bit of a minor accident towards the beginning of this month that affected mostly the passenger side front of the car. I've been working on the mechanical part of the job which is pretty straight forward, but there are parts of the bodywork which still perplex me.

The passenger door just won't close evenly:

Now, the top hinge holding the door the the frame appears to be unaffected:

But I believe the problem lies with the bottom hinge:

I'm going to spare you the details, but I wound up hitting the guardrail and it seems the tire buckled inward (middle of driveshaft pulled apart, where the boot covers) so here's a wider shot which I hope gives you a better picture of what's going on with the hinge:

as well as:

I'm somewhat knowledgeable but inexperienced, especially in terms of bodywork. My guess would to go inside the car and pull away the carpet and try to get access to that region. Would I use a sledgehammer to try to push it back outward and into place?

Frame damage:

Here's another big point of concern; the corner under the hood which buckled a little and the fender attaches to:

The hole in the frame that holds the radiator in place with the buckled corner being visible:

The hood- how would you suggest I straighten it?

Now, I'm really tight on money and looking to get it running legally at the cheapest expense. Here are some pics I have remaining from the accident. I would greatly appreciate advice, since I'm a newbie, but it's up to you.

(note, the bumper was damaged by the dumbass, careless wrecker who towed) I'd like to be able to maybe glue it back together as a temporary solution so I can drive it, find some work, and use my earnings to put 'er back like she derserves. Thanks a million guys.:crook:
