Can anybody tell me where these wires go? The black wire on the steering column, ground wire, is just cut. It looks like a pretty important ground. The second wire with the blue clip on it, looks black but is purple and is located by the driver kick panel. Where do these wires go? It's probably causing the electronic problems in my car...i need help...i've searched for diagrams but they don't show where these wires go. Someone help me fix my Type R....

I was having some problems with my TPS sensor....

I was getting some sputtering while driving and it would even pull me along while i wasnt giving it any throttle.

No CEL's previously....

I got a new TPS from Inline4 and installed it on the car....

First off i noticed that the clip did not clip on to the new TPS as well as it had on the old.

Next i turn the car on and the CEL stays on, and my idle is between 1600-1900 rpms....and The TPS is reading .45 ohms with no pressure. ( that was on the workbench not connected to car)

what is my possible problem here? im loosing my mind. I hate CEL's and am driving myself crazy trying to figure out what else i need to do to get this fixed...

- '96 Civic DX (EJ6)
- '96 Spec JDM ITR Swap
- Stock P73 ECU

please help guys~!~!!

I've been struggling with this decision for the better part of 4 months now. I love my EM1 to death. I'm the original owner and it's the only car I've ever bought brand new. But I desperately want an ITR and when I bought the EM1 is what I was actually planning to buy at that time but couldn't swing the payments at that time on a new ITR.

Obviously this board will be biased but what do you guys think? The one thing I can't have is an original owner brand new ITR (although the 800 mile one come close lol but out of my price range).

I'm trying to install my new antenna and I CANNOT get the interior panel off. It runs the intire length of the cabin-all one piece from the trunk to the door. I removed the bolt thats recessed, the one inside the access panel for shock mount, and 3 small poprivets. It still won't budge. It feels like I missed a bolt somewhere but I've been over it 20 times and can't find it. Does the rear most panel covering the taillights need to come off too? What am I missing??

Figured I would post this up. I recently required a rebuild kit for one of my Spoon calipers on the racecar and had been calling all over the place to find one. No one had any idea where I would be able to aquire one. I had almost abandoned the idea of finding an actual kit and was going to go the custom route.

That was until I contacted Opak racing. Apparently they have been doing a lot with West Coast Honda-Challenge and NASA and had this come up. They actually went to spoon and got a kit for me while at SEMA.

Just wanted to say thanks to them and let everyone with Spoon calipers know there is a kit out there.
My car has been without stickers for over a year now, and I want them back on.

I'll throw in a picture to show how sad it looks without the stickers, and yes I regret doing the JDM front.
and yes I did search, but kept getting the answer to order them from Len.

hey guys...i have a 97 itr w/ around 180K km on the original motor.

mods list includes: Mugen intake, toda header, t1r test pipe (i think), t1r bpipe, mugen twinloop axel back.

my problem is that my check engine light will start flashing going up this long, sweeping uphill left hand turn on the drive home. it only does this on this turn and i have yet to experience this problem during regular driving. i've searched around the site and it seems to be the consensus that a flashing check engine light while driving indicates a misfire...however the car drives fine and idles fine. once i turn the car off and turn it back on, the flashing cel goes away. because of the test pipe, my cel is always on as well.

just wondering if you guys had any insights as to what the problem could be. any help would be greatly appreciated and thanks in advance.
