when using b16a2 IAT sensor need new iat tables?
i moved the iat sensor to intake tube and got the actual sensor now do i need to change the IAT compensation table in crome ?
since its not gonna show same temperature as the one mounted on the intake manifold
i checked through some b16 bin files that i have saved but they all look same

all Honda IAT sensors are the same thermistor, there is no difference in the scales. now, relocating it to another location will definitely lower the average reading, but you shouldn't need to change the scale, just tune for the new temperature.

well, theoretically it's ideal to have the sensor farther from the throttle body with boosted engines because the air moves much faster and can cause a delay in response, but it's negligible unless your temperatures fluctuate drastically. Most importantly it's just best to get the sensor out of the heat-soaked manifold so it's more accurate.
