Icon2 Unable to boost, check out this Crome ROM

I've had this happen 3 times randomly throughout the last year on different cars, I'd like to finally know what the deal is. It'll boost for the first 2 or 3 tunes, then won't go past ~900mBar (atmosphere here is 835).

I know Crome is buggy, but with a new chip, a fresh .bin, or even a CromeAu ROM it still continues.
I included both .bin versions (you need at least Pro to see Gold files), here's the known specs for this one:

Integra LS B18B1 stock
T3/T4 .57 [0psi^ @3800], [8psi @ 6200], probably 1.75" intake & open downpipe
450cc DSM injectors (no resistor pack, wtf)
AFR's are clean.

How is it not boosting? Rev limiting when it sees boost? No making any boost all the way to redline? Making no power in boost, and only a few psi?

The first would be from not changing your ignition tables from -6*. I did that once for the non-vtec map, and I couldn't boost unless I downshifted into vtec. The second above would be from a massive boost leak - which is all too common. People forget the WG's firering, forget a gasket (or one is blown out), have a warped flange somewhere before the turbo, or have a leak on the intake side (cracked hose or loose coupler, open vac nipple, pinhole leak in weld, etc). The third above would be from no dump tube pushing exhaust into the turbo's intake. No oxygen = no power = very low boost.

Revs like it's naturally aspirated, sometimes up to 1psi. I datalogged these cars making 8 to 12psi before, but on random updates they'll just quit.
I pretty much gave up, I'm on to better things. Too many guys use their car as an extension of their *****, and I'm not one to play with dicks.
