Sorry HA, that won't work.
If you'd like to send your chip in I can transfer it for you, or you can have the dealer you purchase the RTP from do it as well (As intended).

Use a chip burner/reader to upload the file to your laptop. Then load onto your RTP board. My personal preference is the Moates Burn2 http://www.hamotorsports.com/burn2-chip-programmer.html
it has to be converted by a dealer from a bin to a ncl file.
what you can do, however, if you had a chip burner......
get the file from the chip and you could save it to your computer. From there you could simply email it to any of us Neptune tuners and we can change the extension. Once you get the calibration back, save it to the neptune folder and load it.

a dealer, chip done with Neptune is a bin file which can only be used with dealer software. RTP users have calibration extensions (ncl), not bins extensions.
