Default issues with crome/disabling O2

Im using crome and a chipped p28 to run my F2D hybrid. When I was using a stock ECU, or a stock map on my chipped ecu, I did not get CELs for TPS and IAT.

With O2 sensor disabled, im getting CELs for both and poor performance. After looking at a wiring diagram, the white wire from the ecu @ D14 runs through the O2 sensor, then to the IAT, then to the TPS.

Is the disabling of the O2 causing the other 2 CELs or is my wiring shorted somewhere and its just a coincidence? I loaned out my multimeter, so i havent been able to check voltage yet, but I did swap out my TPS/IAT for others and got the same result.
