Honda Datalog for Android
Hi
Here's a test video of my Datalog application for Android phones. I release it soon.
Some info:
- Its connected to the ECU over TTL-Bluetooth adapter
- Analog and digital displays
- Support OBD0(BRE, Turboedit) and OBD1(Crome,eCtune) ECU
- Support non stock MAP sensors
- Support Wideband O2 (pre defined or custom)
- Save log to file
...etc

If you'll post a sample file, I'll be happy to see if I can get them to match.

Re: Honda Datalog for Android
I've got to go to church now, but thanks for posting. I'll work on this later today. That may be enough information to do it. ROW / COL is not needed. When Freelog replays the data, it just uses the original sensor data like you have here.
There is one feature that Freelog doesn't have that I would really like to see. You have Time, Speed, and RPM data. I would like to see acceleration at WOT. It would make street tuning so much easier. Maybe something to be logged over a certain %TPS. I realize that I can just run a formula on the data log, but having a graph built into the datalog application with RPM/acceleration (in a given gear) would make things so much easier.

This is what the Freelog datalog looks like. I've found a lot of advantage being able to play the data back in fast-forward. I can play around with choosing RPM values and MAP values for the Row / Col to see if I need to insert any new rows or cols without having to drive around all over again to get more data.
If you want to try out playing this back, download Freelog and under the Tools menu select Replay. Change the speed to 1 (this is fast forward) then Load the file and Play.

I agree, it's going to be pretty kickass! Driving an untuned K-series I can see how that could be important, haha.

Re: Honda Datalog for Android
Peter, one thing i use a lot when tuning is the accelerometer on my phone. Would it be possible, and maybe in a future release, for you to log this kind of data? Maybe in one of the Extra columns? The app I've been using is Clockwork Autologger but I'm looking for another one that will have more precision.
