Dyno Tuning
So I'm a little confused when it comes tuning..
i just installed grahms 550cc injectors and now assume I need a tune because the car just isnt quite running properly. This week I am installing a new flywheel clutch and B16 LSD Tranny. As soon an that install is done I am going to order the parts the completely build the top end and include a Nitrous set-up. At least thats the plan. Now do I need a tune on the dyno and a hondata system to run this set up or what? Right now I have a p06 ecu with a vtec conversion. I figure its best to tune the car when the top end and nitrous build is complete (withing 2 weeks) rather then tune the car now because of the injectors and then tune it again after the head build and nitrous install.. thx

DO IT ON ALL FOURS
Re: Dyno Tuning
You should have never installed the injectors until you had some type of EMS to be able to scale the fuel modifiers for the larger injectors. Your ECU can NOT compensate for this large of an injector increase, you must tune it. I am suprised your car runs at all honestly, put the stock injectors back in until you get an EMS.

Re: Dyno Tuning
Ask a local tuner. You'll get all sorts of opinions on this forum, but the opinion of the one who tunes your car is the only one that matters.
...Unless he recommends Crome, then punch him in the throat and look on HRTuning.com or Hondata.com for a Neptune or Hondata tuner in your area. No, it doesn't matter which one you choose, don't start a thread on it.
