Looks good. 2 comments though:
1) I'm not sure I see the value over the $4 Toyota stud.
2) it has no wrench flats. How do you plan on tightening it on the block?

Re: Bosch knock sensor
I didn't even realize it was not a double ended stud. Aren't you worried about interference? Although, since there is a nice flat surface to touch the block and knock sensor the only resonance issue might come from the "spacer" itself.
From my experience with the Toyota stud it is actually not long enough to bottom out in the block. This can somewhat make it a PITA to tighten the nut on the stud. You are almost forced to use the external torx socket and a combination wrench. Turbohatch's design eliminates this issue, so props to you man!

Re: Bosch knock sensor
Not sure if you have the PDF diagrams or not for KSMS, but you can just wire the second sensor in parallel. Enjoy!

The chirping birds sound I've heard faintly here and there at P/T Vacuum and when I removed timing it went away so in my case what I found was that around 4K from 110-860 mbar I seemed to be hearing light pinging where I heard the chirping birds/metal rod to wire fence type sound along with snaps and pops here and there that were out of sync with all other tones..
btw the sound quality is very audible, did you record this with your adapter in place, and I assume you made the same circuit design as we're all using here to listen?

Re: Bosch knock sensor
This is still an excellent sample of what it sounds like which may sound similar to clipping when recorded but is pretty much what I heard at WOT on older Crome tunes that I got under control with less timing

Yeah.....sounds similar to when I got knock but mine didn't occur until higher up between 7-8K (rpm)... also could have some audio clipping if the dB is too much for your PC mic... This was using the bosch sensor and wired up straight to my laptop.
I also used my beats headphones and the fiio6 amplifier and hear the same things if i go from 2nd gear and mash the pedal real quick i hear the bird chirp or metallic noise.
The thing with the spectorgram is i should be able to see this on the wave.

I also heard the same exact noise when i had the old det can setup at low rpm. The same chirp sound.
Heres a shot of the db levels looks like at the same point of the chirp they drop.
Im still new to reading this stuff so iono
