Default problem with " moving idle speed "

hi , i have an all motor B tuned with a s300. The cams have big primarys so getting them to idle was tricky. After playing with the timing , AFR, and the idle screw on the TB , it is now idling steadily at 900 rpm. Ive also adjusted the IAC duty to steady instead of dropping too low after revving. When the car is moving , and im coming to a stop , i notice that if the rpm is above 3k , and i put it to neutral , its fine. But if i let it decel in gear , and put it to neutral at around 1.5-2k , it drops low to like 500rpm , before bouncing back up ( sometimes drop too low and it just dies )

any idea on how to fix this ?

thanks for the suggestion. I changed the percent in the fuel overrun from 0.6 to 1.3% and then to 2% without any changes ( ignition off ) . any other suggestions ?
