Default how do I turn my drag mouse back on on my laptop??

I've got an acer 3680 laptop that I use for engine tuning mainly because it was uber cheap and newer.

anyway, apparently during one of my half drunk tuning sessions I somehow turned off the drag option on my touchpoint mouse pad and for the life of me I cant get it turned back on.

windows XP, anyone know how to turn the touchpad drag option back on so you can drag across the pad which will allow you to scroll the webpage or program page??

On mine there is a button on the computer itself that disables the touch pad, it looks like a touch pad with a line through it.
