What is the "Offical" fastest Nitrous honda record? B/K/H?

Re: What is the "Offical" fastest Nitrous honda record? B/K/H?
Very encouraging to see some posting their nitrous efforts that are running hard out and successful.
I frequent the track here in Missouri (Ozark Raceway), and almost never see a well built import. The Import scene here is very bleak and unrepresented. The biggest field of 11 second cars I have seen this year was like 4.
When my build is complete, I will likely have to bracket race to have any action from like preforming cars. Though I am truly just racing myself for a personal best, the fastest nitrous B series car in the country is my goal. I hope to put it deep into the nines with as little as 300hp of nitrous assistance. The full capability of the nos system is 550hp but mostly there for growth and drive line upgrades in the future.

That's hard to argue if true. I think from all the threads over the years that are on HT that the E.T. you just posted is the fastest. I am not able to know beyond a shadow of a doubt but I have scoured the nitrous threads for years and never have seen a faster posted E.T..
Soo many have claimed that their car was freaking fast and unbeatable; whatever that is worth I am not sure.
Hats off on a simple system!

Anyways, im actually planning on building a nitrous car but itll be a long time before it gets started. Its not to be the fastest, just an experiment. I have a gutted da shell as a base. Plan is to build a clone of the engine in my daily (b18, 81.5mm, forged, 10.7-11:1 compression, built ls head, jge303 cams) and run itbs with nitrous spraying down the throats. DP using a wizard of nitrous controller and pulsoids, between a 100-150 shot. It should make somewhere between 300-350hp, which would make for one mean *** LS. Maybe get it into the mid to high 11s? Fastest nitrous LS maybe? Lol

The Wizards of Nitrous equipment is state of the art and will preform exactly as designed forever.
Trevor has made me a very special system for my car and as I understand it, I am the only REVO user that he has made a system for in the US running a B series. That being said, it will take a lot of time creeping up on the potential of this elaborate system. I am going to share every data point that gets logged and every detail about the car.
The B series motor is a VERY capable machine.
HP is HP and the manor it is produced does not limit the overall potential of these motors.
The reason for the rule of thumb is because of nitrous system limitations and shortcomings. The REVO system has no jets. The Max Extreme controller and the AEM Infinity system will grant me the most precise control over every function of the motor in real time increments greater than 1,000,000 times a second.
A motor doesn't know or care what it's burning and will happily do so until it destroys itself without system fail safes and overrides. This REVO system is capable of mimicking a turbo capacity for power production and only requires the finesse and tuning to prove a more powerful nitrous combination.
Nitrous is just additional oxygen without the harshness of compression or heating the charge as turbos do. There are advantages yet to be taken and tunes yet to be explored. I am hoping to pioneer a truly record breaking effort for a personal best and to share the data with all who wish to follow.

Regardless, youre limited by volume. Unlike with turbos, that can force more air into a small volume with pressure, nitrous is limited by the displacment of the engine. Too much nitrous will displace the oxygen coming in, and will drown the engine (you cant run a car on nitrous alone, it does still need raw air coming in. The nitrous is an oxidizer but its purpose is to add oxygen on top of the incoming charge.) on top of that, youre still limited to the cylinder filling of an na engine. A 1.8l engine can only injest 1.8l (give or take a little due to intake efficiency) of fuel/air/nitrous without a turbo or blower.

I feel you, really. It makes sense to what you are aware of and that's OK.
Many drag bikes are easily using 300+ hp systems on less than 2.0 liters. I really don't want to misquote facts but I believe I have heard of Hyabusas running 500hp systems.
Also, by that definition, a 5.0 liter mustang can only use about 500Hp or so and there are examples of some 5.0 using double that.
For some more details:

I went 10.98 @ 123, stock B18C single fogger at what I thought was 150hp but seems to be acting more like 120ish
Keen to build an engine that will pull through the first half of the track better and try go 10.50s or after reading this thread maybe even faster???

im not saying its dumb to build a car that you want to build but all this "record' talk is. not really relevant to say you have a record when there isnt anyone else trying because i class doesnt exist is all im saying. not saying not to try and build something fast. If the fastest nitrous car is slower than an all motor car it makes that pass pretty irrelevant if you ask wme.
