TD Autowerkes New K24/K20A Turbo Street Car
TD Autowerkes is proud to present our newest project. For months we pondered the idea of building a k-series car as this is the direction a good portion of the honda market is headed, an opportunity fell into our lap, so we ran with it. The car was purchased from a local with a blown k20a, neither block nor head were salvageable, so the project began with a clean shell, transmission, suspension, harness and mounts, everything else was gathered within the last month . Here are some pictures of its progress and its completion, enjoy.
Specs:
K24 Bottom end
Import Builders Spec H-Beam rods
Wiseco 10:1 Standard Bore pistons
Cometic Head gasket
GE head studs
Full Ferrea Valvetrain
K20A2 Head
Stock Cams
Competition Clutch Twin Disc
TD Autowerkes Divided Turbo Manifold
2 x Tial 44mm wastegates
Tial 50mm Q Bov
Garrett GT4094R
AEM EMS
1200cc Injectors
3inch Downpipe/Exhaust
Custom TD Autowerkes Intercooler and piping
AEM 3.5 bar map sensor

Day 1:
1 week later:
2 weeks later (break taken for Moroso NOPI event):
And finally:
The car made 347hp/260tq at 7.2 psi on thusday, a few bugs worked out and it will be back on the dyno this weekend and ready for the track soon thereafter
