Are you an IDRC Racer in need of a valid NHRA Competition License? If so, take advantage of this two-day event at Auto Club Speedway in Fontana, CA to make your licensing passes.

When?
July 26-27, 2014
Gates and tech open at 7:00 am
Racing begins at 9:00 am
IDRC Discounted Price: $10 each day for racer

How to register?
To be eligible for the discounted price, IDRC racers must RSVP by July 25 before 4:00 pm. To RSVP, please send an email directly to nwhatley@hardmediainc.com with your name, phone number and make/model of your racecar.

What do you need to do?
MUST COMPLETE PHYSICAL BEFORE THE EVENT
1. Print the application from the NHRA website at http://www.nhra.com/userfiles/file/S...w_Physical.pdf
2. Complete the physical examination by an M.D. or D.O. (before the event)
3. Bring completed paperwork to the event.
4. Complete six successful licensing passes.
5. Submit completed paperwork directly to NHRA.

So you guys will have a event going on along side with the street legal drags?

IDRC is working directly with the Auto Club Dragway to allow IDRC racers to make licensing passes at their Street Legal Drags (on July 26) and the Test N' Tune (on July 27). The track has agreed to set up a separate lane for IDRC racers making licensing passes that weekend. In addition IDRC negotiated a discounted rate at $10 a day to make licensing passes. Racers will be required to register before July 25 to nwhatley@hardmediainc.com

Racers, don't forget that since you are applying for an NHRA competition license, you will be required to meet NHRA safety regulations and pass technical inspection. Auto Club Speedway is hosting a street legal race on Saturday, July 26 and a test and tune on July 27. The track is working with IDRC to allow our racers (at a discounted rate) to make licensing passes on both days. What saftey clothing do you need? I have a helmet and fire jacket, do you need special shoes, pants, gloves and neck collar?
