The Magnafuel 4703 is $747 on jegs and $756 on summit...
Its a good pump has a little higher amperage draw than the weldon 2345....
it draws 2 more amps @45psi and 5 more amps @100psi over the Weldon 2345a... I ran a Magnafuel before with 880hp @32psi of boost worked great. Now im in the higher boost levels im gonna go back to the Magnafuel 4703 or get a Weldon 2345. I tried a fuelab 42401 or sumthan and once 50lbs of boost hits the fuel pressure starts fallin off hard...

Somebody has to be the test dummy I guess..

I'll just stick with the Weldon's, I've owned 3 of them, and aside from outgrowing the smaller ones, I have never had an issue and will buy another 2345 for the new car.

Weld-On's website shows a chart showing that max PSI is 80psi for the 2345.
Do you guys notice any loss of FP once crossing the 80psi FP barrier?

I recently sold a Weldon 2015 that I purchased brand new in 2004....11 years of awesome service...sent back once for their basic go over it rebuild to a tune of something like $50. Only reason I sold it is that we finally outgrew it and do not currently have another car that we can use it on....

If you want the best pump on the market with the best support (Jim Craig at Weldon is unbelievably good at what he does) and want an install and forget it part you put a Weldon Fuel Pump on your car.

I wouldn't even consider anything else.

Here is a fun factoid for you...it is strange to even consider resale value when buying a performance part but items like Weldon Fuel Pumps offer superior resale value. A Brand new Weldon 2015 fuel pump is about $750..i used mine for 11 years and sold it for $500 last month...cost me $22 a year to own it...pretty stellar. Quality parts will always be quality parts and hold their value.
QFT
Pump rebuild probably consisted of a new coupler, pump body o-ring, and motor brushes. If they're taken care of, the cartridge & motors could last forever.

I consistently run mine at 100 psi or so with no issues.

I have 5 cars that all run Weldon 2345's. Base psi on all cars are ~70-75. My logs show 114psi thru the traps.. I bought this pump used a few years ago. Build date is 2003..

Like the previous 4-5 guys said get the Weldon and be done with it. Never look back. Mine has been on my car since 2010 and Cunha has had his since prob 2008 with zero issues.

yeah, im just trying to maximize the 4 2200's i have on e85. It seems no matter what though, running 70 base, it just cant hang at 900-950 wheel.

I switched to the 2345 back in may.

Im working on adding 4 more 1000's now however.

I got myself some new brushless pumps that seem pretty cool.

800whp out of one pump that isn't much bigger than a walbro 255 is awesome

Should have them in later this year. once the price goes down on them they will be a good alternative I feel.

Weldon service: My 13 year old pump began leaking in cold weather only when turned off. One call to weldon, first person to answer identified the pump, sold me a 22$ parts kit. Repaired in about 20 minutes at home working great for 2 years.
