Sorry to hear that...
Any idea what caused the low oil pressure? Your clearances ok?
(Kinda hope your gonna say your tearing it down completely to do a thorough cleaning to get all the metal out).

Yeah it will all be coming out, it was due to a used bad oil pump I used at first (came out of my bros car, I had forgotten that a rod went through his block) either way i bought a new pump and the psi went up a little butsurely it went back to 0psi at idle in a couple of weeks
