That regulator was designed to bypass the flow of an A1000 [~500 lb/hr @ 50spi]. And because it's robust, it can handle a little more bypass flow without pressure creeping than it was designed for. But at 16V your 2345 is flowing ~1600 lb/hr @ 50psi, more than 3 times the pump it was designed to handle.

Think of it like this; you have a 5 lb bag (A1000 regulator) and your pump puts out 6 lbs of **** (Pro pump). Now the 5 lb bag is at capacity, but it's handling the 6lbs of **** you're throwing at it because it was a little oversized to begin with. Now you start throwing 15 lbs of **** at your 5 lb bag. Your bag is too far over capacity and can't handle all that ****. **** stacks up. Pressure creep in layman's terms, by SC.

LOL.
There are no blockages, regulator diaphragm is in good condition as well. It instantly started when i upped to 16 volts. Im going to see how it does tomorrow.
