I have to agree with SpoolinMatt, this is a great idea for breakdowns, and leak downs. Just close one side and use the other...
But whats the plan for the track? Are they going to use all 4 lanes at once?

of course the shut down is long enough, its a half mile long +200ft of sand. They wouldn't build a new track and not have more room for the newest cars at the newest track.
