Since the other thread was locked for going off Topic i thought we could have a little fun in here!!

hey don't all the mods get all uptight and lock this thread. i was just trying to get a little excitement since our west coast swing is pretty much just starting! (and some people were acting like we don't have fast cars in the home of all motor honda drag racing!)

Vegas was the first actual close BOTI event in SOCAL. (yes Norcal has had a lot of CMI events which are great) but damn far!

so who wants to go first!!

the east coast has a few fast cars....

but not as many as the west!!

and i also have an H22.. not H2B this time.. but a little something special...

All motor.. bring whatever you east coast guys want! i hope to see some runs!!

It would be pretty cool to have an East vs West showdown at Fontana or Bakersfield or something. ( yeah its expensive as hell to get here) thats why we don't go over there!! but if you find a way down here then its ON!!!

Its really not about east vs west any more east has very fast cars as do west its about having events period.

Well I am all about a All Motor showdown, yes it is very expensive to get out there (1500ea way). But, with that said a few of us are looking for funds to come out there and show west coast whats up.

This sounds like fun if it does come together. And If the Eastcoast guys come this way, I think it is only fair that next year a few of us pack up and travel your way. Maybe make it a once a year deal.....

Hopefully next year we can have have the finals somewhere in the middle and have a big shootout for all classes Should have my street comp car done in the next few weeks then i start helping with our street performance build so we will be down to represent

In reality any smack talk that goes down is just to hype it up. I know for a fact that us east coast guys have a lot of respect for the west and I am sure it goes the same in reverse.

A few of us East coast people are definitely looking to come out for a race to have some friendly fun. Will be good to finally put names to faces.
With that said, it is HELLA expensive to get out there so the wheels are turning already on how to we are going to make it happen.
We have already had a few offers of support from certain people that I will keep out of it at this at this time. IT IS GREATLY APPRECIATED ! ! ! ! !

This should be interesting none the less , since some of us have to basically rebuild entire new setups between now and then ! ! !

oh and btw . . . TEAM H2B vs the Country Suckasssssss . . .

if its ni vegas or pomona. then it becomes a rich east coast racer who's willing to spend $4K in gas to drive to the West VS West coast racers who's going to race since its convenient and only 45 min from their house Race. LOL

If its a real east vs west. it should be in the middle.

I agree with what you are saying but here is the way we are looking at it. There is a group of 4-6 of us that are trying to get the funds together to make the trip (and none of us are rich east coast racers).
We were all SUPPOSE to travel to NH, Virginia and Etown to finish out the season. So why not just make one big trip, go out with a bang and take a little cross country drive with the boys.

Plus, if everything goes as well as it is planned, this will just be a prelude to the finals next year, when the east whoops on em again but for bigger bragging rights . . .
