I have sold MANY MANY of these to customers with daily drivers and I never get any complaints. Also a good friend of mine has had his for maybe 3 years now with the upgraded pressure plate on a 450whp LS/VTEC still going strong and has been in 3 different cars. Oustanding clutch

competion has me sold. its all we use now, no issues.</TD></TR></TABLE>
mike how would you know? you are using a exedy twin disc set-up on your civic. you are right its a diffrence from the twin disk. But you would have no personal experience.

Re: (1.83Tc)
yes they are streetable
I've been though 2 competition 4 pucks... if ur under 400-450whp they r pretty good.
my friend has on his ls/vtec for about 2 yrs daily driver still going good...
but twin disk is more fun to drive on the street

i would go with a stage 5 clutch 4 puck sprung and get the double spring option. My brother has used this on the street for 3years now and it work great on is GSX AWD car.

Your best bet is the Stage 5 with the upgraded pressure plate option for that much power. I would rather see you in a Twin Disc BUT the Stage 5 with upgraded pressure plate will work well still

I have one in my DD and I love it. I've had it in my car for 2 years and it's the best clutch I've ever owned.

the cc stage 5 is totally streetable but it just doesnt hold after 495hp. but the their twin disc is also streetable just a bit grabby, but i know now it holds to 679hp on the street

i've sold, installed and driven on the stage 5's. no problems at all and no complaints from customers. and a whole lot nicer to drive on the street then my CC twin.

of all the clutches ive driven, 6puck/kevlars/organic sprung and unsprung etc, my CC twin disc drives easier and nicer than ALL of them, NO CONTEST!
theres only 1 issue with it....the rattling while clutch in gets annoying at times

my 4 puck cc stage 5 held 620whp, it slipped with anymore power past that.
the twin will hold a lot more than 679.
