Default Which is cheaper:Erick's racing 2.0l motor or dart b20 block? Building race motor

I wanna know if the dart block is cheaper than going to ericks block with the same mods.
Erick's racing motor is $6500 for
Big bore ductile iron sleeves
Erick's Racing pistons and rings
Forged rods
Blueprint and balance

Dart b20 is $2050
Replaceable ductile iron dry sleeves

His 6500 price range sounds right for our setup but it includes a DART block and new crank too.
