most parts stores have the adjustable ones. ive been using it for a few years now and it works ok but im thinking of getting the ones for specific bore sizes.
arp makes them but they are like 50-60 bucks. i found wiseco has them too at about half the price around 30 dollar each. check summit, ebay and amazon thats usually where i order **** like that if i dont get it at napa/autozone

I have 2 sets of the band and ratcheting plier style and they are incredible.
Mine are made by KD tools. The fixed ones from wiseco and arp look great and easy to work with but is not cost effective for somebody who does a variety of piston sizes.
