Here's how the JG Edelbrock fit on mine.

Might not be an issue if you have solid mounts. This is on a b16 head, perhaps it fits better on the p72 GSR head?

I was going to just hack off the piece that touches but i ended up going with the skunk2 for the time being.

Definetly does stick out less on yours....i believe i had one of the first intake manifolds JG offered and it came with a JG engine package.

I'm already buying another one. But i'll probably sell mine once i move all of the stuff over to the new one. What i'd really love to do is get a DB2 in good shape and restore it for a daily.

Yeah if you had solid mounts it wont move but if you had anything less it would defiantly cause more than a few problems. What are you guys doing to make them work in your chassis? I guess a performer X is out of the question then lol. Da's and Ef's are definatly the most miserable cars to work on in the Honda community. Makes you wonder why your didnt buy an eg/dc. LOL

Kevin, that's how mine fit too. Had to move the fuel filter over though. Everyone that hasn't come over into the DA thread and say what's up!

Anyone have the battery in the stock location still?

I was planning on keeping my battery there and running the intercooler piping down the frame rail instead of through the intake inlet like everyone else.
I think it'll work!

That trap speed is good for mid to low 10's. Did you really buy an EK hatch? if you want a lighter shell I would have went with EG hatch.

Maybe if you spent less time on the internet and more time working on your car it would get finished..... 5 years to build a car is a little rediculous.... i guess your boyfriend Lio is rubbing off on you!!
