8.50 and slower roll cage!!!! JUNK.
Took my car to what I thought was a reputable shop to have new a cage installed into my car for this season. I am the type of guy that likes to support local shops and give them business. I haver never once had the dash out of my coupe and this is how it came back. Broken shi* everywhere. I paid for the work upfront, over 2G's. On my reciept they guaranteed to certify 8.50 and slower. Somehow they got a tech to put a cert sticker on this cage. I told the shop to do it right the owner pretty much told me to get screwed. This is a nightmare.

Wow, talk about garbage man. You've been hit with some tough blows in the last year or so. That one plate almost looks like stainless.... good to see you keeping on track though for the long term goal.

I'm trying man. It's starting to take a toll tho. I've had the car since I was 20 im 32 now. I'm getting a little tired the way business is conducted in this industry around here to be honest. This sh*t makes me sick. The whole inside of my car has been ripped apart and hacked.

Man I tried, the first time they dropped off the car, I looked at it and said noyou better fix everything. They picked it back up and didnt do anything.

not that i would do it, but bolting it to the floor is fine as long as it has a sandwich plate on the bottom as well.
i cant believe they returned it with all that stuff just hanging under the dash

Bolting will pass tech, but it looks like the volts are too small. Supposed to be 3/8". That's horrible work. I just did my first cage and its way better than that

6-inch x 6-inch x 1/8-inch form fitted/contoured plates attached to the driveshaft tunnel. Otherwise, the “D” bars must be attached to frame, subframe, or subframe connectors.

This is just a headache of a huge mess. Pictures don't even justify the quality of this work. You did them a favor with supporting there shop and spending a lot of money and this is what you get? This shop should not be even considered reputable with work like this. They fucked with your car your money and your safety and now wanna be unprofessional about it? Good luck to them on having a good name on the streets now!!

Wow im from wisconsin and was talking to them about buying a trans and motor setup. Now they just lost $3000 from me no way im buying **** from them anymore. Thats a super shotty job and no one should ever give them buisness again from theses four videos. THAT ROLL CAGE WOULD TAKE 1 HIT AND BE CRUSHED. SORRY TO HERE HOW THEY DIDNT PUT YOUR CAR BACK TOGETHER GIVE ME THE LINKS TO THE VIDEOS AND ILL POST THEM ON THERE FACEBOOK PAGE FOR EVERYONE TO SEE

for a shop that talks so much **** to everyone else you would think they would have atleast "decent" quality work. definitely not the case. They even used the words "cry baby" towards this situation. complete lack of pride/knowledge in their work. smh.

I know how this feels, pretty ****. I weighed out a similar amount of cash over here in the uk for a shoddy cage, with a shoot mount only tied into the spare wheel well.

One-Sixx Tuning Man I put my name out there for a guy who "specializes in roll cages" to help him make a name for him and it was the biggest mistake ever! The owner won't let me make it right so I guess there's nothing that I can do. I offered to completely redo it but he want me to redo it completely and refund his money.
