**Post your Fuel System and Questions**
Hey guys i need to upgrade my fuel system, i bought a setup and it ended up being not good enough for my power goals, recently i have been trying to get a fuel system for my car. I currently have the front sub frame out because i needed to remove my stock lines on my 99 si and i haven't reinstalled it because i wanted to put the fuel system back in the stock location if it is possible(or where it should go) I was wondering how you guys were mounting your stainless line setups. were you installing them in the stock location between the firewall and the sub frame? if possible could people post up pictures of how you put your fuel lines. I was looking to go with the full blown setup. it seems like it is the easiest to install. Im looking to make in excess of 750whp so i need more than an intank 255!
While we are at it lets see what everyone is running
1.Car
2.Type of fuel Setup (In tank, external, inline) etc
-what type of filter/ how many?
-type of fuel pressure regulator
-Fuel rail
-Feed and return size
3.Horsepower/approximate Hp level
4.Pictures of how it is routed
5.Experiences with setup(how do you like it? what would you change
6.Best places to order parts from
Thanks for the input guys, i hope this can help out others. sometimes fuel system can confusing and defiantly expensive.

I am running two Walboros in the tank with a -10 feed all the way from the tank up and a -8 return. I was able to get both lines thru the subframe with out removing anything. This was on a 00 civic. All of my lines are mounted in the stock location under the under the car still using the stock brackets that are slightly cut out, but still provide the support and protection.
There are many different methods to get this done, but I went with the full blown kit. It sucks to install and it is not a true -10 feed/-8 return. It is a -8 feed fitting that you can purchase a -8 to -10 fitting. If you do not weld 90 degree angle fittings on top of it, you will not be able to close the fuel pump cover with out cutting stupid holes in it.

Here is the fuel system on my car. We have decided to sell it as a complete kit for the ones interested. You can buy it complete with all lines, fittings, filters, fuel cell all complete or you can buy just the tank or whatever pieces you need.

I am on the road traveling but when I get back in the country I will post some pics. You want 750 or you want 1000hp? No offense, but if you are ready to make 1000hp, doing a fuel system shouldn't be too hard. My car made 820whp at 34psi with this setup on 1600 injectors.
Miller, you car looks good man. What kind of tank is that?

Re: **Post your Fuel System and Questions**
I got a question. I am currently running a intank walbro 255 and was going to do the intank walbro feeding a bosch 044 which I have heard good results from. I also hear about people doing dual intank walbros, but what about a my walbro intank feeding a walbro 255 inline? I have heard of it done before, but didn't know if it would support 650whp with rc1000s. Thanks. I am also unsure of what size feed line.

Re: **Post your Fuel System and Questions**
If I was you I would call miller of CFT and give them your hp goals and ask them what they recommend. Either of them will be able to accomodate your needs.

Why would I want to that just want to see if the way those pumps are feed works cause my setup is already basically configured that way.

Re: **Post your Fuel System and Questions**
I just finished mine on my dsm last week and yes the fittings are a huge pain, I let the end of the hose sit in some hot boiling water before i push it on, helps.

Re: **Post your Fuel System and Questions**
Hi...really like your setup..I have a question, You are using nylon braided fuel lines, The NHRA regs to me a are a little confusing, " non metallic lines must be incased in protective covering" and yada yada. I know the Earls proflow 350 is an accepted fuel line, however does it need to incased and can it be run from the fuel cell to the engine compartment without the covering or is that a bad idea.....your thoughts, can you send me a pm on what your looking for on that fuel setup....Thanks
