PFab turbo manifold set. AC compatible
http://www.pfabrications.com/ ramhorn manifold, 3" Downpipe and dumptube.
AC and PS compatible. Vband flanges on downpipe with flex pipe. These are one of the best handcrafted manifolds available. He has made many manifolds in our region. I can direct you to another forum with many vouches for his quality of work. This set-up has been precisely made to clear the AC compressor, lines, full radiator and block. The heat wrap on the downpipe just barely touches the compressor but does not interfere with fitment. This set-up was used just last summer and has been in storage all winter. Excellent condition. Only selling to get funds for a new set-up. Fits perfect in the Integra. I'm assuming it would fit just as well in 96-00 Civics. Everything is off the car and ready to go. $750 shipped. Few things regarding fitment:
1. Max turbo size must be no larger than a T3/T04E Compressor Housing
2. A V-band flange must be welded on to the turbine housing.
3. PS bracket must be cut to clear the #1 manifold runner. The cut bracket will not comprise the support of the PS pump. There are two more bolts securing the bracket. It works great. Please see the last link below to see a picture of the modified bracket.
4. Slim fans must be used and relocated to the front of the radiator and condenser for better clearances. Fans are cheap and very easy to install.
