yes its flux core and never had a prob with it the gas was out on my brothers welder and i have a time limit the welds are fine they are as strong as enything mig will do just gatta work a lill more lol.
the wiring ( 90 civic hatch all was ran then pined to the stock dash for the 80 cvcc very easy stuff fuel pump is off the 89 integra same Psi as the 92-95 civic axles are cut - resplined at a shop in portland OR, dont have them back yet this weekend doing the last of the wiring.
the VSS for the swap is in the stock cvcc cluster.

im sure the mounts are ganna hold up to alot with out gussets lol i hit them to try and adjust with a 2 1/2 lbs hammer and they will not move at all there stout as hell lol i reinforced the sheet metal around the mounts and did a notch in the frame on the trans mount. i also have the solid polyurethane mounts. but thank you for the help.

How are you using the 89 Integra fuel pump?
My '83 S uses an inline fuel pump; I'm sure your '80 uses the same style. Is the '89 Integra pump an inline?
If not, how are you going to mount it into the gas tank?

Re: (h2b_eg8)
the 86-89 acura integra has the fuel pump out of the tank driver side under car and has the psi like the 90+ integra it will work the best for the Vtec this is what i use on the 84 civic w/ d16 SI swap worked great!

Nice project, I love old school honda's. I have a question, where is the alternator at I didn't see it in the pictures? It clears the frame?
