Default Wiring up LED rear foglight and backup light

Hey guys, I've been wanting to wire up a rear foglight and backup light using LEDs for a while, but I can't find any writeups or anything on how I'd go about doing so. I'd like to do this before it gets too cold over here. Here are pics of what I want to do:

backup light:

rear fog:

rear fog w/ tail lights on:

Anyone have any idea as to how I'd have to wire a setup like this? Help and advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Doesn't look too difficult. Just get creative with some LED's you can purchase, wire up the rear fog light to a switch, and replace the reverse light with an LED bulb. I don't understand why you would want one reverse light and one random obnoxious fog light, but it's not my car. Just don't be like those guys who drive around on a warm summer evening with your ultra JDM fog light still on.

I'm not one of those guys. We get really bad fog and snow here, and a lot of times it's easy to not notice the car that's ahead of you until it's kinda too late. I hate being stuck behind people who are either trying to be m4d jdm showing off their fogs or just have no idea that they're on. Besides cops around here are very strict on the use of rear fogs.

As for the back up light, I live in the woods, and with the way my driveway is set up, it's very wide but the entrance is very narrow, and there's a little river/trench running around it. At night everything is pitch black so backing up out of the driveway is a major pain sometimes. There have been several occasions where I'd almost back up into the trench, the big rock that marks where the entrance is or a tree because of this. I rely on my brake lights to kind of light up the way so I can see where I'm going, but I would think a backup light like the one I posted would make things much easier.

Well as far as the wiring goes, I doubt it would be too difficult, I'm just not sure if I'd have to use relays or anything to wire up everything. That's my biggest concern really, just making sure if I had to use a relay, that I'd connect it properly since I don't have much experience with using relays.

Why not just wire the led's up to your reverse light bulbs?

It wouldn't be hard to tap into them, and the bulbs will probably be 5v so you would need a small resistor (well...technically you wouldn't have to) assuming the leds are about 3.2 volts. Then the led's would come on when your reverse lights come on. However, you'll need a very bright led to make a noticeable difference. A 1 watt led at the minimum I would guess.

Because the fog would only be on when he is reversing.
LEDs need a series resistor (approximately 1k, depending) to limit the current rolling through them.
LEDs are not very bright, unless you get the super high intensity ones.
If I ever catch you driving with a rear fog on without fog, I will personally beat your ***...

I was talking about the lights for reversing, hence being wired into the reverse lights.....and the 1 watt suggestion. Most led flashlights use a 1 watt led, but some use a single 2-3 watt on the higher end flashlights.

As for the rear fog light...why not just get a jdm one yo?! lawlz For the 5th gen Accord is a red one that goes in the rear bumper cover. Around here, if there is a blanket of thick fog I just turn my hazard lights on and so do alot of other people.
