Default Viper 5901 into '01 Prelude

Yes, you will need the bypass module, your 01 Prelude has the transponder key immobilizer.
Wiring looks good... http://64.85.6.121/diagrams/printpag...14264&MakeID=3 94

https://www.directedstore.com/manuals/555DW.pdf

So that means...

1- 12 volt into the white wire
2- ground
3- remote start status.. into the Remote Start Auxiliary Output Harness .. Number 5 BLUE (-)200mA Status Output .. right?
4- Green Key Sense .. (555 manual says where) blue/white wire
5- yellow/black data wire.. CUT brown/yellow car wire. connect to Immobilizer Unit Side
6- Yellow.. ^^^^ Connect to Immobilizer Key Side
7- Brown data wire.. connect to Gray wire from Immobilizer Unit
8- Pink Immobilizer .. CUT Yellow/Black . .. connect to Immobilizer Unit Side
9- Pink/white.. ^^^^ connect to Immobilizer Key Side
10- Orange.. into light blue Immobilizer Unit Side

... Is this and the Viper Alarm cutting into the same Ignition wire? How does that work...

Or the bypass in between the immobilizer part of the car..

where should to connect to viper alarm one? before that part? or after that?

thanksss

THe wires are the same colors that dei states. Start at the key cylinder and follow the wires down to the plug at the base of the steering colume. DO not test these wires with a test light. And depin All wires on the 555wd that are not being used. If not you can wipe the brian blank and the car will nto start and that means a tow to the dealer.

I dont understand.. Dont i need to use all the wires on the 555wd?

and im asking .. the 5901 needs to use the yellow/black ignition wire
the 555wd needs to use the yellow/black ignition wire.

the 555 needs to be between the immobilizer and the 5901 needs to be before that or after?

On that unit yes, I brain farted and thought it was a diffrent one, SOrry. On the immobilizer all the wires are there that you need. Use the ignition wire off there for the bypass only! And not the alarm.
