ppi subs info

ppi subs info
i have 2 10" ppi 4 ohms subs, are these speakers any good or should i upgrade to a better set, being powered by a sony monochannel "800" watts i think 200 rms. I really know nothing about the speakers but i got the two in a box for 75$ canadian. did I get a good deal? And should I just get new subs.

i was going to buy some, you can do much better, they are single voice coil 4ohms right?
get some kickers

just do yourself a favor. Do U like how they sound? if you do, dont complain. if you don't, go buy some new subs. try... jl, mtx, audiobahn, mephis, alpine.... etc... its all up to your taste. Thats why you got them right? if you hate subs, why would you buy one... cause other people say they are cool to have?

thanks bass life, ur right, I don't know anything about audio, they really throw the bass, but I have never heard of ppi untill I got these subs.

if you like the sound keep them. if not then replace them. would you like us to tell you if you like pizza too ?? whether you know everything or nothing about audio, you should still know what is pleasing to your ears i would hope.
also if you're looking to change somethign in that setup i'd look at the amp first.
