Default ignition/battery wiring on 2003 Acura TL

I'm wiring up a hands-free phone unit on a 2003 Acura TL. I need to tap two wires:
- One that is hot when the ignition is on (including while cranking).
- One that is always hot (i.e. battery).

I can find the ground.

There are a few unused lugs on the back fuse box. One seems to be hot at all times, and a couple of others seem to be hot when the ignition is on (but not while it's cranking). I am assuming that these lugs aren't connected to an existing fused circuit. As such, my unit won't increase the load on another fuse, and will be protected by its own fuses.

Since I don't have a wiring diagram, can someone please:
- Confirm that these lugs are not fused.
- Tell me how to locate and identify the wires that I need? In particular, where can I find a wire that's hot in both the start and run positions?

Thanks.

Why the hell would you need to find a hot wire in start and run? This is a power wire so the hands free can be used right? 3 Wires should be used, 12v acc, 12v const, and a ground. Thats it. Tap into behind the radio or on the ignition harness. Common sense here.
