Re: parkin light wire for ALARM (sNoOziN' EF8)
i forgot what the color was....you could remove the rear panel and probe the tail lights nah too much work. If you look in your fuse panel there is a row of male spades on top...one of those are your park light cicuit...gotta love honda

you will only have power out of the alarm when it arms. it flashes for a quick second there, unless its a negative circuit, meaning that it grounds out when armed, then you will see no power to it, its just completeing the circuit.
its the black red im pretty sure, been a long time since i opened up my column.

If you are talking about parking light flash, it should supply power when you arm the alarm. If you want to add flashing parking lights when the alarm goes off, then you need to add a relay as most of the alarms supply a ground to activate other functions.

if the car is a 90 crx si there is a male blade in your fuse box that is unused that you can just plug a female spade onto to make your parking lights flash. if not its red w/ black in the drivers kickpanel. Dont go to the dimmer switch as in some cars it will only run your dash lights ( rookie mistake) cuz after all the dimmer doesnt dim your outside lights doh!

Re: parkin light wire for ALARM (EFsleeper)
I belive that the prob may be that the park light output for the alarm my be a ground instead of a postive.
the park light circuit needs a positive.
so get a relay spst type
wire it as such
position 86 fused 12 volt source
30 same fused source ( 7.5 amp will do fine no bigger)
85 connect alarms park light output here.
87 connect to cars park light circuit
trigger system......... if lights flash jump for joy and have a
hope this helps

yes you can get it at the shack shoulbe be about 10 bucks or less
the 7.5 amp is the fuse size to put inline with the wiring circuit.
as stated above in the crx/civic fuse panel there is a row of male pins above the fuses ign batt ( 12 vs) and park lights are all in one of those spots.
