The full trigger alert icon wont go off on my avital 3300 2 way lcd remote, i googled it and it seems others have had this problem but there were no answers. the alarm works properly and i have tested it and set the alarm off. But the icon which should only stay lit for 20 seconds remains lit days after.

I spoke with avital this afternoon and after they recommend i go back to my installer (me, hahaha) they said the icon wouldn't turn off due to the system not seeing ignition to clear the icon. Unfortunately it is seeing ignition because if i set of the alarm and then click to ignition it will clear the zone fault ( door, shock impact).... so i still have no answers

here is the full trigger alert icon, looks like a speaker with an A in the middle, manual says it should only stay on for 20 seconds after a full trigger alert.
